Shawarma Flatbreads

Ingredients
1 Large Chicken Breast Diced (1 inch) or 250-300g Diced Steak
Marinade
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
1 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground turmeric
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
To Serve
4 Flatbreads
Lettuce Sliced
Cherry Tomatoes Halved
Cucumber Diced
Red Onion Diced
Hummus
Tzatziki
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Add chicken/steak, stir to combine, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. If using steak, remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Pre heat grill to medium high and place marinated chicken/steak on skewers.
Place chicken skewers under the pre heated grill for 10 minutes, turn over and grill for a further 10 minutes or steak skewers for 6 minutes each side.
Remove skewers from grill once cooked and take out skewers.
Serve on flatbreads with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, hummus and tzatziki.
