Sausages & Onion Gravy

Ingredients
6 Pork Sausages
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Onions Quartered
1 Red Onion Quartered
2 Tablespoons Plain Flour
500ml Beef Stock
2 Tablespoons Ploughman's Chutney
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Pre heat oven to 160C. Add olive oil to a Dutch oven and heat over a medium high heat. Add the sausages and brown, 3-5 minutes. Remove sausages from pan and set aside.
Add all onions to the pan and cook until starting to brown, 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and add plain flour, cook for 1-2 minutes stirring continuously.
Add stock to the pan, approximately 50ml at a time, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Once all stock has been added, add remaining ingredients and sausages back to pan, stir to combine.
Put lid on the Dutch oven and place in the centre of the pre heated oven for 2-2.5 hours. Check every 30 minutes or so. If the liquid reduces too much, add water.
Serve over a bed of buttery mashed potato.
