Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast Sliced in 2 Cutlets
4 Rashers Smoked Bacon
2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts Base Removed
1/2 Cup Caesar Dressing
1/2 Cup Croutons
1/4 Cup Parmesan Shaved
Directions
Pre heat grill to medium high. Lightly season chicken breast and place in pre heated grill for 10 minutes, turn over and also add bacon to the grill. Cook for a further 10 minutes, turning the bacon after 5 minutes. Ensure the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Meanwhile, separate romaine lettuce leaves and place in two serving bowls. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
Slice the chicken and break bacon up into small pieces before adding to the salad bowl.
Add croutons and shaved parmesan. Serve.
