Cheesy Mince Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Small Onion Chopped
1 Clove Garlic Minced
200g Minced Beef
200g Tin Chopped Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Tomato Purée
3/4 Cup Beef Stock
1/2 Tablespoon Dried Mixed Herbs
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
125g Dried Rigatoni Pasta
1/4 cup Mozzarella Grated
Directions
Heat olive oil in a medium/large pan over a medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.
Add the minced beef and cook until browned.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato purée, beef stock, dried mixed herbs and Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
Reduce heat to medium low, add the pasta and stir to combine. Cover and allow to cook for 12 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella on top and cover for a further 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
