Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
250g Diced Beef
2 Carrots Diced
1 Onion Diced
1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
1 Cup Beef Stock
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over a medium high heat. Add beef and brown.
Add onions and carrots until softened. Add tomato puree and cook while stirring for about 1 minute.
Add beef stock and Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, place lid on and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so. If liquid reduces too much, add more water and stir.
Add frozen peas for the last 5 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
